If you purchase your ticket at least one week before the scheduled departure of your flight, Volaris Airline will refund the entire cost of your ticket. At any time, Volaris Airline has the option of adopting a 24-hour cancellation policy. Less than seven days before departure, a traveller who changes their mind and cancels their Volaris reservation should be taken into account. In this case, the airline Volaris will ask for payment of a fine in accordance with its fare policy.
